EQUESTRIAN FACILITIES: Purpose
built facilities, without compromise,
in Burnley, Lancashire.

Horse owners tend to be a hardy breed. Cold, wind,
rain and the “four seasons in one day” vagaries of
our climate are often the realities of the sport. Now,
picture a £1 million facility aimed at all weather use,
365 days a year. A one mile, all weather gallop with
optional fences is complemented by three kilometres
of all weather trails, forming an optional cross country
course with 25 obstacles including hedges, water,
steps, ditches, etc.

Three American barns house up to forty nine horses
in quality loose boxes, offering full and part livery with
additional tack and cleaning rooms.

On-site CCTV security system.

A rest/beverage room on site with ample parking
for boxes and trailers.

Available for livery owners or to hire, we have an
indoor arena 40 x 20, 1 outdoor arena 40 x 20 and
1 full international size outdoor arena 60 x 20 which
is used for our regular affiliated and unaffiliated
regional and local dressage competitions.
